im not sure what secured mail is? does it mean encrypted email? i believe they will send it to you via physical mail.

i've been looking at others' timeline and it looks like it takes about two weeks to receive eCOPR. when did you confirm your address and upload your photo on the PR Portal?

I requested for a CBSA note last month and mine is Assigned to SM10353 too. Last update for my case is the biometric fee refund in July 2022. No movement since.
