Finally got my medical request form yesterday.

Got my medical request today. My case was received by Buffalo at Sept. 8th.

I also sent my application at Aug 8 and my check cashed at Sept. 29th.

check with your bank see if you can get a copy of the cashed check. There should be a number on the back, use that number to check your status.

AINP nominee, sent out all the documents to Buffalo on Aug 4th, and my check is still not cashed. Anybody know if it's normal? Anyway i can contact them via email or phone call? thanks.

I sent my bank draft also on Aug 8 and still waiting. How do I know if it's cashed or not?

Thanks. My H1B renewal receipt is June 4 and get approval at Oct 2nd, take almost 4 months.

My case is also Sept 2009 and got approval March 2010. I think you can contact their office via email at least. Good luck.

Hi guys, I sent all the documents (AINP) to CIC Buffalo earlier August and still waiting for the check be cashed. And today got my H1B renewal approved. Should I send this new 797 Form or just wait for the response from CIC? Thanks for any information.
