For a friend of mine, who applied in Jan, his SA got completed, and the application was sent to his home country. The VO in his country "destroyed" his application (and some others' I believe) by mistake, and has asked him to resubmit directly to his country's VO! Mine is stuck in Mississauga...

Hi all, Feb 23 applicant here. We submitted Schedule A already through webform, and got confirmation that it was attached. Now we've got request to upload it online again! Anyone in same boat?

When I try calling 1-888-242-2100, it goes all the way through the automated call, and then says "Due to high call volume ... unable to transfer call " and they just hang up. Is there any other number to contact them? Thanks

Try entering a single space for "Place of birth", and Number of applicants as 2. That worked for us.

Hi, Can you tell whether you were able to upload after that? I did the same thing. Called IRCC. They said they'll send an email. But in the email, they again have told how to login, upload etc. Let me know. Thanks.
