Study permit - family ties in Canada and country of residence

If it means I must leave once study permit expires then I leave. Why would I put myself in trouble by staying in a country without permit or legal status? You haven't answered my question. You are just repeating the same words in different forms. How do they know I don't intend to comply...

Study permit - family ties in Canada and country of residence

@ jigzyy , I did look for Masters in some of the so called Tier 1/2 Universities but someone with 12th - 65% and BCom : 58% will not stand a chance to meet their admission requirement. Only reason I chose diploma is because of the minimum admission requirement. @ tapperb, I am not anywhere...

Study permit - family ties in Canada and country of residence

Thank you AndyT. It does make some sense now. My parents and my own property, FD, life and property insurance, bank savings, ID's are the only ties I have in India that I can show as of now. I did mention in my SOP the list of multi national healthcare companies operating in India including the...

Study permit - family ties in Canada and country of residence

My ties to India and UAE were well documented. Hence my doubt that I might have failed to show ties in Canada. And how relevant is that for a study permit.

As for India - my parents are residing in India and we visit them almost every year. I didn't show their property documents as I have my own. I showed my own property document, insurance, FD, bank statements, driving license, pan card etc, etc ...what more can I show?
