Cant say whether it is a temporary pause, as its only JULY , Lets hope that it reopens again soon. Beyond this , the most matter of concern is that " DRAW did NOT happen Yesterday " Definitely its nt a good sign Hope a draw happen today or coming days.

Is OINP still issuing NOI for CRS above 400. Did anyone got NOI and successfully uploaded the documents ?

As u have said above. If the ITA's issued is below 4000, then there is a chance that CRS cutoff will shoot to 440+

As its 3 weeks since last draw. I guess the score will climb a bit but if they issue more ITA then it might stick around 410 - 415 . Thats what i guess.
