i landed at Carway August 16, 2019. i dont have my PR cardcyet up until now, my lawyer said itll take 2to 3month. anybody here with the same issue? is there anyway to contact them with regards to my PR card?

some people do it, but its too risky. a part of the agreement in the nomination is you have stay to that province for a year or maybe two im not sure.

i landed at Carway with no US visa, they are going to give you refusal letter to enter US and all you have to do is go back to Canadian side and finish your landing

Update: Went to Carway Border last night, we arrive there at around 10pm. US side they ask what is our purpose, told them flagpoling they ask for passports after 5min officer gave us the passport back together with the refusal letter. Canada Side same thing ask whats the purpose, officer took...

from what ive read is that you have to wait for your Passport and COPR before you can book an appointment
