My application was approved on 7th Nov 2020 and still did not get the CoPR, IRCC agents say it may take weeks or months to get the CoPR. Please let me know if get the CoPR.

Yes, You need to take a print of BIL. They will use the Barcode to find your application. Also, take your AOR Confirmation Print with you.

They are delaying in-land applications because we are already in Canada, we already working, and brought money here. They need money from outside guys hence they are processing their application on priority.

DO NOT stress yourself out, the application process is all-time slow. Even my application is approved, virtual landing is done and CoPR is not issued yet. There is no Mantra, no Formula, and no Trick to expedite the process. They are enjoying COVID-19 hence just keep your brain off from the PR...
