Its too frustrating . they have received my response to CIT 520 but still insisting on some documents of employment overseas for 4 months part of the 4 years period and before settlement in canada . start loosing appetite

ATIP is helpful but not at stage of CIT 520 or full RQ , this is a long process and will be handled by dedicated CO i am waiting my ATIP as well , overdue too . contemplating the options to withdraw the application rather than going into this dilemna

yes after they rcd my response . the only missing part was the documentation related to the period within the 4 years time frame outside canada . how can i get those documents . we already relocated and lost contacts with anyone else in the world . frankly speaking i am at loss

it is getting complicated . i responded to CIT520 and few days later i received final notice to provide documentation re. the subject 4th year similar to your situation , failure to close my application my guess it is going to be endless process ............

i responded 8 april , at the cut off date of 30 days not expecting prompt review , not in near future at least . my guessing another one year before we hear from them . yet if their review is positive or like andrew case , a full RQ we are very few left in the tracking sheet , and honestly...

when you requested ATIP , did you write down any notes in comments section .... have you ordered ATIP from CBSA to see what is written every time you crossed border
