S So long as you make it known to the panel physician during your medicals it shouldn't be an issue. Ofcourse they mightcarry out more test bcos of d high HbA1c figure. I will advice you go with a letter from your personal/family doctor

One of the ministers did say they were not oblivious of the vast potential in the pool that were not being tapped at the moment. So maybe its high time a back to back draw is conducted to atleast dip into that pool of vast potential in d sub 440 category. But with IRCC you never know.
