Hi Sahiut, my parents also came on super visa in Canada in April. We got passport request letter 2 weeks back and it said if parents in Canada, fill out a webform which I did but I have not got any response or acknowledgement from the visa office and its been 2 weeks now. I got passport request for my parents on 23rd May 2025. My parents are already in Canada on super visa. The letter says if parents are in Canada then fill out webform within 5 days of the letter received for principle and dependent.
