What is the idea behind quebec forcing us to fill out the forms in french? They already have the forms in english. I do not have any french knowledge or know how. I am a canadian citizen and thought that my right to english was everywhere in this country.

Can anyone explain to me how Quebec thinks it's legal to force you to fill out their forms in french? seriously? I do not speak french and I refuse to retain the services of a lawyer or consultant just to fill out some forms.
