If CIC asks for rprf and then the status becomes decision made..does it mean that the chances of approval are high?

Hi, I just figured out the way to upload the rprf reciept. However do we have to fill in the name or anything else as its is a pdf format file and its empty except it shoes that a payment has been made.or should i just upload the reciept the way it is now(Empty with no names or other details)?

Hi,, If some one has 4 years foreign work experience in NOC A 0114 and 1.5 years Canadian Work experience in NOC A 1123,,Will they get points for foreign work experience? or should they leave out foreign work experience?
