If you're applying through PNP does your federal application get considered under Express Entry?

I submitted with application as well but if you're worried about validity or if you don't have it yet, you can submit without one and submit a webform later.

Is it same for other forms as well such as Background/ declaration and Supplementary information? For example additional family form have signature section but you can't sign it unless you print, sign and scan it back. Do we not have to sign at all for all forms we cannot sign in pdf?

Hello, I am trying to apply for study permit but most of the colleges don't accept gap of 4 years since graduation. Is there any college or university that accept more than that? PLease let me know. Thank you
