Thank you such much. This is such a relief to the anxiety I’ve had! May I have one last question for you? The thing is I applied to these universities before I received my PR status. And then the offer came after I became PR. At the moment I applied, I had no idea when I would be come PR since...

Hi @legalfalcon. Thank you for the prompt response. Yes, I have read your blog during my research, but does it conclude that it is okay for me or anyone in my situation to study outside of the province without causing problems to my citizenship application in the future? Please kindly clarify it...

Moving out of the province that nominated me for PR after status has been established

Thank you for the reference to the actual legal document. I am aware of 6(2), but also 6(3) where restrictions to 6(2) are stated. I don't quite understand what 6(3)(a) implies in my scenario. If I were to apply for citizenship in two years and that I have moved to another province before...

Moving out of the province that nominated me for PR after status has been established

Thank you @scylla for chiming in. I wasn’t very clear perhaps, but I was worrying about moving out because in 2 years I will be applying for citizenship. Would that be a problem if IRCC knew I had left QC in less than a year after I became PR from within QC? I’m so confused and frustrated with it.

"Just because the part time jobs would not have mattered to make a decision on your stay visa application, doe snot make them immaterial and absolve you of your responsibility o disclose them." So do you mean I have misrepresented? I really don't get it and I am getting more confused now.

    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Thank you for the patience. In fact, I did not miss any "jobs" for my PR application. In contrast, it is my initial Study Permit application (made in 2018) in which I did not disclose one or two part-time jobs during my studies on IMM1294. I acknowledge and am aware that it is wrong to not have...
