    No, he’s case was exception as he was suppose to get his P1 in May but IRCC wanted him to redo biometrics so he got P1 and P2 pretty fast, but if you check the timeline it’s still the same. If his biometrics were accepted earlier he would have got his P1 around May 7-8 so that makes his P2...
