U can change ur college and u dont even need to contact CIC for that On CIC website it clearly mentioned that you can change change ur college or course Iit wont have any effect on work permit for sure

yes its definitely a course mismatch.Its better to apply for some IT course. If you want to go for Project management its also possible but you need very strong SOP. But chances for getting visa for project management are less than IT courses.
