How can I get a LMO from the employer?

When applying Canadian Experience Class, photocopies of T4 slips and recent Notice of Assessment and record of employed have to be submitted. If I did not do any tax returen while I was in canada (3 years), there is no Notice of assessement, what should I do? I do have all the T4s.

Hello. My 3 years post graduate work permit is expiring soon, Am I able to get an extension on that? I have been working throughout the three years.
