Yes, I did 2 years ago when they requested PCC. But Kuwait refused to issue PCC/ the reason was not physically present in Kuwait because they need finger print. We sent them fingerprints via FedEx, but they refused, so I forwarded these all email to IRCC related PCC refusal from Kuwait. But ircc...- jas!

Kuwait doesn't provide police clearance certificate if they don't have fingerprints of the person who requested for PCC. What should I do now? We were not able to submit it?- jas!

Applicant June 2023 Today I called IRCC and asked that I had received the Ghost update on June 3rd. They told me that the officers are currently working on your application and your background is still in progress we don't need anything from you. I submitted my work permit extension on June 26...- jas!
