    Honestly, i always feel that they should take into account the amount of physical presence after submitting application too. Like if you've mostly stayed in canada after submission, the eligible days would've far exceeded 1095 days. But unfortunately they don't accept such consideration...

    did you use a representative for PR application? if so, the code is sent to your representative's email address, no matter which email you filled in your citizenship application

    generally speaking, you won't hear back from them from now on till you get oath invitation in email. unless they ask for an interview, which is not very common, and also comes in email

    i dont think you need to wait to take the second attempt. but her situation seems fine. in most cases if the ID is unclear they'll email you later to upload your ID again, instead of invalidate your test result. you should be able to call IRCC and confirm test was completed 10 days after taking...
