I would like to reapply but is not possible at the moment. My passport is expiring in next few months. I will reapply only after I renew my passport. Seems like IRCC has forgotten the applications in 2020.

Does it require you to upload the hotel booking confirmation at ArriveCan for the quarantine plan?

Since tourism purpose is not suggested by IRCC to re-apply, and it is no guarantee of refund, I have no choice and will just wait then……
