I was having a similar issue and I tried the place of birth as in the CoPR and it worked for me.

Yes, you can as I had moved to a different location. I did provide a different address and received my PR card

I see both PR card and passport details

I tried linking my kids' PR card application but it says no such application found. I did it multiple times but still no luck.

I got an update today that my PR card has been mailed. I have 2 dependents on my file so will I receive separate notifications for each member or does that mean that all 3 PR cards have been mailed? Please clarify this if anyone knows about it. Thanks

Thanks! Also my eCoPr will be expiring in Jan 2022. Does this date matter if I am already in Canada. Please any advise on this would be appreciated.
