It’s better to travel to another country if UAE doesn’t accept refugee travel document. I think it is unwise to renew your country passport as IRCC might believe that you no are no longer in danger in your homeland and might revoke your permanent residency.

congratulations on the successful hearing. I had the same feeling when I did my in-person hearing in Dec 2020. I waited extra 1 month before I got my positive decision. My PR was process within 10months. I pray yours is also fast. Once again, congratulations and welcome to Canada.
