Dear Kaurs Please acted upon rawlin's advice, I was not aware of 14 days re-appealing time, as it was not there in MI1( when my case was rejected almost in similar way like your). Work on this quickly without wasting your time, if there is no such criteria of re-appealing, still do it once...
