    On my Mac, system settings -> date & time -> set time and date automatically off -> set time manually. For iPhone, in the Settings menu.

    Change the system date to Nov 11 and log in to the tracker; it works. The good news is my background check got completed finally. Last update: November 12; background check completed November 10. I know for sure it was with CSIS. May 30 aor

    That's good to hear your BG is passed. I just called, and mine is still in process. AOR - May 30. Everything is still within the standard processing time.

    May 30 AOR, Test marked completed. Background check - Criminality passed, Security pending as of yesterday. No additonal document request. No fingerprint request.

    Same case as mine. I did not submit any such proof either. Everything is tied to UCI. No need of extra documentation. If they need anything they will request it later.

    Since there are so many of us from May for whom background check is pending for security, it does not look to be nonroutine at this time, just a normal delay. AOR May 30.
