Hi, I think the issue was with using the Canadian Credit Card. My brother did the transaction from within India using his card and it worked.

Hi all, I am trying to submit the VFS webform for passport submission for my in-laws' visitor visa, however, the payment is not going through. It says "Transaction Failed". I am in Canada and trying to pay the 2-way courier fees for them. Anyone had this issue? Any suggestions? TIA.

I believe my mom’s biometrics appeared 2 days after application submission.

I didn’t know there is a separate portal so ended up applying through GC Key for the 2nd time as well.

I added a request letter to prioritize application for reunification with immediate family members in Canada. +added proof of full vaccination and proof of relationship docx.

GCKey. Just a correspondence letter on old application stating biometrics not required. Biometrics were already available from the previous visitor visa my mom had.
