I live in Canada and spouse is back home. PR application is in process and in final stage. Spouse is included in my PR application as dependent. If we are divorced and I update CIC about the divorce then what will happen? Will she be removed from my PR application and only I will get the PR ?

That is not a problem. You should mention all qualification of spouse and when it ask for the ECA then you can select the option that "you do not have ECA". thats it. Note: I did the same.

If a PR application of CEC inland is still in the process. Although Eligibility is passed and application is in final stage. if the applicant is out of work and he/she apply and start receiving EI. Is this going to effect his PR application ? Note: as for the CEC eligibility , he/she did not...

I have also got this email last week to upload CV and fill a form called "Supplementary information for student". That form asks questions such as study/publcation/supervisors as well as where/what will I work when go back home :eek:

They gave me 30 days, though, to upload these docs. They also gave me an email address where I can email these docs, just in case, I have any difficulty to upload these docs in CIC account.

anyone pls... I just heard that someone's e-APR is rejected as incomplete... That applicant thinks, it is rejected because PCC was not from embassy....
