since i have received the CSQ already, how long do you think would an outland application take if we resubmit it with the CSQ that we received for my wife ?

but how can she land in Canada if she doesn't have any valid visa ?

we applied an inland sponsorship for my wide from within Canada last September and we just received the CSQ. My wife had to go back to her country for a family emergency and now cannot come back to Canada since her visit visa expired and they refused to give her another visit visa from her home...
