Not true at all,October 25 2012 after the applications is submitted,all that means is cic and cbsa get involved and work together,if is submitted before that date is only cbsa work on the case and they can do what ever they wish,if cbsa wanted cic involved before that date, they will get...

HI Are there such cases that the person got deported before 2012 before the new rule took effect for fraud marriage? I could not find any on that link you put on .I have alot of evidence that she came here not for me

They know all info about her ,where she lives,works and her phone #,easy for her to find and I was told they investigate those ones first because they know exactly where she is instead of the runaway bride that they would have no idea and they said they wont tell me what happens because of...

I was told I have a strong case through the cbsa agent and anything can be done,depends on evidence,dating profile of hers audio convo her saying no future with me,her pr card being redirect to her own address all with in a few months being in canada, all sent to cbsa,your opinion Thanx

but the application was submitted in 2011, is it still possible to get her deported with the evidence i have ?

It was after the 25 th of october but I have so much evidence i sent to CBSA ,she had her pr card redirected ,a threat towards me on answering machine with a police report attached,even printed out her dating page on websight and sent in, no contact order from the police ,only 3rd party contact...
