I submitted it through the online form, but I haven't received any response. That was like two weeks ago. I don't know if sending a letter via air mail would be more effective :/

Quick question. How would you prefer to submit a letter of explanation when they are requesting more info on why I didn't attach a passport for a few days during which I didn't have one. Is the online form more effective? or should I be sending it via air mail as well?

Some minutes after getting the AOR I got an email requesting explanation of a gap between my passports (it was only 22 days and during the pandemic). So, take that into account and add your letter of explanation before they request it! (I just submitted one via a link they gave me). Hopefully...

I just received my AOR! :D But I have a question. You get just one AOR per family group, or do you get it by each member?

Update: My app was delivered Sept 20, however, no AOR has been received yet. #waitinggame
