Can canada strict or stop the immigration after 2025-2035 Your Opinion About This

Immigration will continue but i think intake will start reducing and competition will increase. I'm not so sure Canadians want this high level of immigration for the foreseeable future, it's going to start becoming a hot button issue here.

He seems like a nice guy, it's hard to know what his priorities are other than getting more immigrants through the door because of covid's affects. It's unsure if he has a preference for inland applicants or whether it's just a matter of circumstances associated with the pandemic which are...

    Declaring my permanent resident status

Then just respond to the letter and provide documentation which clearly states the details of when you got married. It shouldn't be a problem.

    Declaring my permanent resident status

If you got married after you became PR then simply provide the relevant documents like your marriage certificate to prove you were married after you became a PR, in that case. But Edna you have to be honest about the situation, you'll only make it worse if you're not being forthright about it.

OINP student stream NOC has to be the same as FSW primary NOC?

If you're already working in the job, then you just need to apply for the OINP nomination before your permit's expiry and you'll have implied status until you get a decision on your application. I think what you can do is apply for the nomination with the job offer on a visitor visa, but you...

I don't think this should be an issue, if they are willing to give you a work reference to certify your work experience for the 1 month you worked as a contractor as well, then just include it with your work reference. If you qualify for the cut-off even with the this month being omitted from...

Sibling has PR in Canada, will it affect my study permit?

You just have to apply and write a good SOP, and do your best to provide information which will show that you will return to your home country. A lot of people come to study for graduate school here. I would suggest not going to the same province if you can help it.

    "Cancelled as incomplete"

You can go either way. But generally i would put a visa rejection as an application where there was a decision made on your application and it was a refusal.

With all due respect, these are not new issues affecting immigrants, people in Canada have been facing this much before covid occurred. It didn't really change the nature of immigration previously, other than the implementation of EE which just scrapped the first come, first served basis for a...

It could mean a lot of things, i don't think there is much point in speculating on what a few words in a report are supposed to mean. It's definitely too broad to make any conclusions on the changes they will implement. That's not to say that they won't narrow the scope of EE in any way, but...

It's okay, you can apply. Are you applying for undergrad?

Something a bit strange with why they would employ you for 11 months then make you a contractor, or take you a contract basis for the first month then make you salaried for 11 months. You mean to tell me your T4 did not include those months as a contractor? How did you get the job? Through an...

Sibling has PR in Canada, will it affect my study permit?

They will look at it globally, but your ties in Canada and ties to your home country will be factor. They will look at what family members you have back home, whether you have a job to go back to, what your prospects are there, etc.

    1. Why do you consider your work as a contractor as self-employment? What were the circumstances? It sounds more to me like you were employed on a contract basis then employed permanently, in which case your work experience as a contractor would be qualifying work experience for CEC. But need...
