Hi How did you ask them? By inquiry Web form or by emailing cpc ottawa?

So, we are not sending anything to CIC by mail (postal service)?? I sent PCC and RPRF receipt to CPC Ottawa by email ...PCC on a different email Id and RPRF receipt at a different email Id provided in their email to my parents. Hope I did the right thing.

Thanks for the quick reply. When I pay online, it gives you the message that this fee won't be refunded if your ap poll I cation is in process; accepted; or refused. Also, it just asks for my credit card info...no application number or UCI etc.

My parents did their medical on 23rd July. When can I expect their online status to show " medical received?"

My parents did their medical on July 23rd. When can I expect their online status suggest that medical results are received.

Are you mentioning ecas using your application number and your last name...what do we select " what did you apply for" if you want to put in your parents info and check their status?

Yes, they did their medical last week...I am not sure about the medical results as the panel hospital staff just says that they send report directly to Embassy. If I pay the fee today, but they don't get positive medical results...what's the procedure?

Is RPRF or landing fee refundable if someone doesn't get through medical and the fee is already paid. Will CIC refund the fee?
