Wow congrats!!!! that's seriously wonderful news! Just today I received a letter from CIC asking me to pay the $490.00 RPRF fee. Wondering if this is a good sign? We still have to produce our Clearance of Conduct document from the Singapore Police Force. Does anyone know if this is a good sign?

Hi Ddobro2! You are a genius! thanks so much, I called the 613 number and I managed to get through using Skype from Singapore and best of all, they informed me that instead of email, they sent me a physical letter but that I got approved! A really warm heart felt thanks!!!
