Hello people, i have a quick question. I sponsored my family and they plan to land in Canada next month. Am wondering, if my spouse wanted to get an unsecured credit card in their names, does my credit rating determine whether they can get the credit card or it's not looked at?

I tried to link my application but have a question regarding the process, i saw a part requesting for intended province and city yet i dont remember and didnt see this part on my imm0008....

Can we link the application now or you have to get AOR 1st before you can do it??

i thought you receive an email that just acknowledges that they have your application...that also takes 4 weeks

Allow me to ask some basic questions in this process..i dont want to make any mistakes; 1...at what point do you pay the fees for the applicant 2...at what point does the applicant go for biometrics 3...do we need a passport for the dependent child we are sponsoring and what point is it required...

This is the same idea i had as well..just give them sets from 3 different photographers and they choose 1...that way if they get rejected, you just give up on the card

Can you recommend one in the gta area..Some people get their photos from walmart are they approved while others go to a studio and still the photos get rejected. Besides measurements, is there anything else particular to look out for.

Ive got exactly the same timeline and just seen my ghost update as well....fingers crossed we dont get a resubmission request
