This guy got DM today but no AOR. Good thing is he doesn't need it now. But agree things are not only erratic but have lot of dark humour also

Someone known to me got PAL but no AOR and they have to apply for bowp in May. Another one got AOR and medical passed but he got medical request after PAL. Good thing is his medical was approved in 5 days and immediately after that got DM. So, there's no order for anything at IRCC

Outstanding will be there till they issue you AOR or ask for fee receipts.

Good on you. Lawyers are waste of time and money. Their only advantage is that they know few things in little advance as they have monthly meeting with IRCC officials. That hardly matters as it comes out in public domain later

Congratulations! I assume PAL means everything is in order and only DM is remaining. Security and background is the only thing inbetween PAL and DM (not very sure )
