This new medical we submitted in april and shows passed in my account on may 2020 since then no update. I contacted MP and the info he provided was same as stated in my cic account. So distressed

My wife is also in pakistan I applied sept 2018 Gave 3 medicals already officer called me on 13 april asked for another medical for my wife even though her medical she gave in sept 2020 was passed and valid. i dont know, this system is a joke

All these things you have to inform IRCC. You file may take a little long but they will accept your circumstances. it took cic 1.5 years to remove my spouse from my application

Dont worry the medical request is automated request. Even when i submitted the letter saying that my wife is not applicable for medical because we are already separated. They sent twice for my wife too and i kept saying that she is not applicable.

All you have to provide is proof of separation to cic. Write a case specific enquiry and inform them with everything. If you are the principal applicant nothing will happen to your application so dont worry.

Dont worry i had been through the same situation. I got separated and right at the same time ircc sent me medical request for me and my spouse. I informed cic about it and on my spouse medical request letter i wrote not applicable and submitted. This above solution to me was told by cic agent.

Applied Sept 14 2018 1st medical 28 may 2019 Wife added 14 july 2019 2nd medical august 2020 3rd medical only for wife 13 april 2021 yes my wife is outland

I had been asked for my spouse medical on 13 april 2021 even though she had passed her medical in august 2020 when it was requested by immigration. This latest one is also passed i dont know why visa officer asked for medical twice even though her old one was still valid. And no update Its been...
