Hello there, It's always copies (like proper photocopies, or scans), not notarized copies, or originals. Of course if you can get originals, it's better. But i guess copies is enough.

By the way i slightly changed the file to avoid errors (calculating averages for example), and sorted it by stage. Most advanced stage is on top, then by dates of same stage, then by username if it's the same stages and the same dates.

May I advise you to try to use different PDF viewers? You have Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit PDF Reader, and others here: http://alternativeto.net/software/adobe-reader/ Try those first two: some of them refused to validate in one and did it properly in the other... Same for edition...
