Thank you. My case is little different, I received my PR confirmation virtually through email and they requested me to sent a photo to Etobicoke office. I did it on feb but still no update on it. So no idea where it stands.

is there anyone who landed recently and got PR card? i sent my photo in 1st week of febraury. still dint receive my PR card. any idea now how long is taking to receive PR card?

if he/she already have valid visitor visa, then with the "Extended Family Member" category, he/she could travel but need Authorization letter. if no visa then u could still apply. no restriction but it wont get processed near soon as the visitor visa process is on hold until further notice. i am also in the same situation, but weird think is they issues AL letter to my family last week to travel with expired COPR, but i still dint do my landing. They told(i.e. immigration officer called before she issued AL to my family) the immigration officer will call and do the virtual landing...
