    I requested a second set of notes 2 weeks ago. First set was received end of April, that’s where I saw the 781 days of physical presence as per cbsa. Should receive the new ones in a couple of weeks. Let’s see.

    How did you prove your dates? Tickets? Im stuck on PP for months now. They never asked for anything.

    Issue with CBSA Travel Record – Impact on Citizenship Eligibility

    Ok so for everyone to know. I have both cbsa records and gcms notes. My gcms notes contain travel records, and presence is calculated based on EXITS only, not entry. I’m missing many exit entries so my physical presence is calculated at 781 in the notes, even though I’m sure I have 1096.

    I’m also considering withdrawing and reapplying. Nov 24 AOR @ 1096 days. Just started the other thread. I wonder if I submit another application and withdraw the ongoing one later.

    They started 2020 so in theory exist records should be there but I guess it is what it is. I also don’t see any ICES request in the notes. Just requested another set of notes to see if they’ve made that request. Turn around of ICES is like 3-4 months. I just need this over with.

    Yes I included every single travel document that I ever held since getting the PR. All missing ones are from 2020-2022. I see some exists in 2023/2024.

    I did a couple of months ago. Records are missing almost all exit entries. It’s inline with gcms.
