I sent PR card application to Montreal - it was received there on 6th July, I just got an update today - 11th September that my card has been Mail and it might take 4 to 6 weeks to receive.

I have seen 4 people who got COPR around 90 days after it was approved , as per GCMS notes. Like for instance mine was approved on 8th April and I got my COPR on 6th July. Kindly order GCMS. It was all over , initially file was in Edmonton, then it went to Ottawa where it was finalized, they sent it my local office in Hamilton, but for some reason I got COPR from Montreal. Lol
