    Submitted application from Canada for my FIL last year in 2024 August or September can’t remember exact date. Received biometric Sept 25th and he went for biometrics on 26th. No updates after that. Application submitted under H&C ground. Thanks

    What was the purpose of the visit? Was the funds really insufficient? Or just an excuse to reject visa. I am scared, I applied on the same date aa yours. I really hope they approve it. As a first time mom, I need my parents here. Fingers crossed

    Parents Application submission from Canada - May 1st 2025 Biometrics letter - May 1st 2025 Biometric enrollment - May 6th Eligibility - in progress Medical - upfront Background - in process Note - they do have previous visa rejection.
