For you guys' information, I got my BOWP recently. I haven't submit my FBI PCC as it hasn't arrive yet. So, it is possible to get BOWP even if PCCs are not complete. But our medical examination were passed long ago.

Hi everyone, I want to follow up with my case. They corrected their mistake and my BOWP was issued on 02/19/2018. So, if you think there is a mistake, I recommend calling cic and requesting a reconsideration.

i know but I didn't want to because of the DOB issue in their system. I didn't want to risk it.

My application was paper based and had arrived on 6th of November. I've just called the customer service and they told me that it was completed today and will be mailed out on Tuesday. My all process is blocked by a single document for weeks already :(. Why can't they mail it tomorrow?
