Title says it all. A person holds a US passport and citizenship but has never lived in the US. Is it eligible under NAFTA for a work permit ? Thanks.

My bet is that next year there will be a fee for participating. That will filter out most of the tire-kickers and lazy opportunists.

I wonder what they will do with the many people that won't go through with the process. I'm sure that a lot of people threw their name in "just in case", and will change their minds if they actually won. Are they going to redraw a someone to take their spot? Probably not.

The CIC website only states "After February 2". Did anyone get notified that they have won, or didn't win ?

I know there was talk of EE applicants getting points for having a sibling in Canada, has anything come out of it? Is there any indication that it's going to happen soon, or ever? Thanks.

Maybe someone can answer this question: How long does a super visa holder need to be outside of Canada before they can re-enter for another 2-year stay? A day? A month? Nobody seems to know the answer to this.
