Did you got ADR for license ?

approximately 2 months. I applied in Oct 2020, Now wait time is in between 4-6 months.

I submitted my application in early Oct 2020 got ADR for license in Nov 2020 and submitted license on 9 Dec 2020, since then no update. My invoice tab is not visible since Nov 2020.

Receipt document is ok as of now. Complete and submit you application, SINP will review you application and will put it on hold till you submit you license document.

Yes, License is required. Apply for license as early as possible as it would take 3-4 months to get it. You would need CIPS ISP as you education is non engineering but please confirm from SINP by sending a mail. They do respond to emails. check below page for more information...

As your qualification is Master in engineering, you would need license from APEGS. But to answer the first question is difficult. General consensus from the forum is that SINP looks for work experience matching with education background. Any senior member would able to explain that in detail.

That is IMM5669 (Background / Declaration), You have to give last 10 year personal details in this form.

I am not an expert here but logically if you are showing proofs / documents for the points you are claiming, then it should not be an issue. Anyways you have to mention your current work experience in some IMM form ( Dnt remember the name). Just be careful with the employment dates.
