You are probably talking about me! I did send/receive the CSQ in quebec, I didnt know that the letter I received back then was SA. So it look like I already received SA, before DM, sorry if it caused any confusion!

We have the same thing happened, recently 'we do not need more documents' changed to this message... I called CIC today, and they told me they didnt request anything! and that they have everything they need already. Strange!

Same thing happened to me, with the new june file. filled it 4 times with 2 different computer... I was never able to have a 'validated: yes' after re-opening the file.. I just uploaded it like that with a note explaining the problem... Havent heard anything back, but its been only 2 days, so...

They received our inland Sponsorship/OWP application in april, and my wife has received her OWP in the mail last week... I would definitely contact them as it seems way too long...
