yes, i did initially when i tried to directly sign in then i used the link - reset your password to sign in <as below> If you’re an applicant or a representative who has a permanent residence (PR) tracker account, you can sign in to the citizenship tracker with the same PR tracker information...

Received AOR on Sept 8 was able to create tracker account today by resetting the password first.

yes.. exit date and re-entry date need to be entered

After AOR, do we get another email for 'creating tracker account' ?

I went out of the country for 10 days in 2019 and 20 days in 2023 (only twice in the last 4 yrs).. declared both. I didn't have any other travels. not sure what went wrong.. waiting to see whether I will receive AOR this time.

I did., it was just 30 days in the last 4 years. Physical presence calculation is very straight forward and it was showing clear green on the date of submission. I have no clue how IRCC decided that I didn't have enough physical presence. it was showing 1132 days on the date of resubmission...

Initial submission - June 28 Returned on July 31st (with less physical presence, even though it was 1100 days on submission) Resubmitted on July 31st without any changes AOR - waiting..
