I don't believe you need 12 months of proof, only proof that you are common law which would be all of those documents but not 12 months worth. I submitted those items, utility bill, house insurance, vet bills for our dog in both names and then ones in our own name cellphone etc and I received...

We have just received our AOR this morning via email Application was received Jan 2nd AOR received Mar 2nd

I sent mine dec 29th received e Jan 2nd nothing as of yet

It was about 30 minutes and the lady I spoke to was super nice which made the waiting not so bad its always nice to speak to someone who seems to enjoy the work they do

I called today they told me dec 19th but she confirmed my information like my address and email so it must get opened and put on system
