1st Dec is the recommended time not a deadline, its a recommendation to avoid last minute rush as processing time keeps changing. its ok that you have applied if all good you will get visa in 3 weeks so be prepared for the last min rush and high airfares

Hi .. they will accept application and give a provisional admission which will be confirmed post satisfactory IELTS score. Just to add you cant apply visa based on provisional letter you need an unconditional offer letter to apply study permit.
