do you guys think that sending email to CIC with urgent in subject helps? any thoughts

if your application is processed in local VO outside Canada, then there is not point in calling CIC....my AOR is 15th December....called CIC multiple times....always get standard answer we can not access your file since it outside Canada...contact the local VO

completed 6 months today, AOR 15th Dec, Ontario PNP stream....file transferred to NDVO in March no movement after that. I think I am also in for a long wait.
