Thought I would update for those found in a similar position. Thankfully the immigration officer saw no issues with radiologists report and my medical was passed and PR granted without complications. -

Hi, I'm looking for some advice. I recently received my IME report from my Panel Physician, which is all good other than the chest x-ray, which is graded B. In the report the Radiologist has noted Abnormal in the lung fields with a qualifying note after the grading saying 'A couple of tiny...
