I used the one from SSP office in 2020 PR application. But I have heard some officers ask to provide one from BLS International or passport office so it is safer to go that way.

You have write a letter to SSP Office that you need PCC for Canada Immigration (PR) and you give the persmission to your father to collect it for you from SSP. But i strongly recommend to use BLS international. IRCC might not accept the one from local station.

Yes. I did. I attached a LOE. My EE CEC application was never worked on. I asked IRCC in Twitter DM and i wad told i cant have two EE applications at one time. Its been 3 Months and my EE CEC got 0 updates. But luckily my EE PNP got approved after 1 year. So I am gonna withdraw my EE CEC.

I visted my MP's office yesterday and submiited my request for enquiry and I got email from the MP office that IRCC responded to the enquiry within 4 hours with the same Afghanistan excuse.
